The Experience Utah Needs…

Utah is like a thriving field in peak growing season, its population sprouting at one of the fastest rates in the country, we are currently expected to be adding nearly half a million new people to our state in the next decade. This growth is fueled by both deep local roots and new seeds carried in by the wind, all nourished by our state’s strong economic soil. But just like any crop, rapid growth without the right tending can lead to other competition from weeds, unwanted pests, reduced yields, and poor quality produce.

UFPA believes leadership should come from the hardworking Utahns who keep our tables full and our communities fed, our farmers, ranchers, food producers, and small business owners who know the value of honest work, the importance of stewardship, and the responsibility of feeding the people that rely on them. They understand that a strong Utah is built from the ground up, starting with the food we grow, craft, and share.

Now is the time for Utah’s food producers to come together and make our voices heard. As our state grows, we must unite to form a strong, supportive community that can keep this fertile field well-tended and thriving. By joining our organization, you’ll gain the tools, partners, and advocacy needed to protect and grow your business.

Be part of the movement securing a powerful and prosperous future for Utah’s food producers.
